🔁 Returns Eligibility

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Only brand-new mobile phones and accessories purchased directly from our website are eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used mobile phones
  • Devices with damaged packaging or tampered IMEI numbers
  • Software licenses, digital products, or recharge cards
  • Products sold under special offers, sales, or clearance

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
  • Proof (photo/video) of defect/damage is shared within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

  2. Include your Order ID, product photos, and the issue description
  3. Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
