🔁 Returns Eligibility
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Only brand-new mobile phones and accessories purchased directly from our website are eligible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used mobile phones
- Devices with damaged packaging or tampered IMEI numbers
- Software licenses, digital products, or recharge cards
- Products sold under special offers, sales, or clearance
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
- Proof (photo/video) of defect/damage is shared within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

- Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
💸 Refund Process
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
